A Helping Hand Home Care Service is centrally located in Pasadena with our first Branch office located in Texas City. Our hope is that through these two physical office locations, A Helping Hand HCS will be able to further gain exposure in the community - allowing us to better service Harris County, Galveston County, and all other communities in which we service. At A helping Hand HCS we are actively supporting our mission, vision and teamwork approach and highlighting our values by compassionately supporting the community and the individuals we serve.
